This pastry mix is intended for the preparation of Brussels waffles.

It gives an excellent result, the waffles are fresh, tasty and crispy. Present them with icing sugar (powdered sugar), sweet (whipped cream, ice cream, fruit, etc.) or savoury fillings.

It is very easy to use. Simply blend water and the mix to obtain a liquid Brussels waffle batter ready for baking.
The sack is easy to store, it can be kept for 1 year (from date of manufacture).

Recipe

Ingredients

  • Brussels waffle mix : 1000 g
  • Water : 1300 ml

Preparation

  1. Blend the mix and the water for 2 minutes until you have a liquid, flowing paste.
  2. Let the paste rest for 30 minutes to ferment.

Cooking

  • Preheat the Brussels Waffle maker ref.52119 during 20 minutes
  • Recommended cooking temperature : +/- 200°C.
  • Recommended cooking time : +/- 3min30
  1. When the waffle iron reaches the recommended temperature, pour the liquid batter onto one of the baking trays, filling the entire pan.
  2. Close the waffle iron and turn it over immediately (180° rotation).
  3. Bake for 3.5 minutes.
  4. Remove the waffles with a waffle fork
