Recipe
Ingredients
- Brussels waffle mix : 1000 g
- Water : 1300 ml
Preparation
- Blend the mix and the water for 2 minutes until you have a liquid, flowing paste.
- Let the paste rest for 30 minutes to ferment.
Cooking
- Preheat the Brussels Waffle maker ref.52119 during 20 minutes
- Recommended cooking temperature : +/- 200°C.
- Recommended cooking time : +/- 3min30
- When the waffle iron reaches the recommended temperature, pour the liquid batter onto one of the baking trays, filling the entire pan.
- Close the waffle iron and turn it over immediately (180° rotation).
- Bake for 3.5 minutes.
- Remove the waffles with a waffle fork
