Waffle description

The waffle iron ref.52126 produces Liege waffles with 4×6 imprint (24 holes). This is the original, traditional and authentic shape.

The result is a thick, soft and unctuous Cork Waffle. Thanks to the heavy cast iron cooking area, the waffles caramelise and brown easily. The Liege waffle can be served at any time of the day, hot or cold, and enjoyed after a few days.

The large baking plates of this model allows to bake small or large dough pieces of Liège waffles.
